Southern African Litigation Centre and Another v National Director of Public Prosecutions and Others

In a landmark judgment the high court ordered SA police and prosecuting authority to investigate torture allegations against Zimbabwe officials. This ruling opens the door for the perpetrators of crimes against humanity and systematic torture to be prosecuted in SA. LHR represented SALC and the Zimbabwe Exiles Forum in this case.
